How to Register on TeamSnap

1. Create TeamSnap Account

1.1 Click on the TeamSnap registration link you received from the coaching staff. The link will take you to login into an existing TeamSnap account or create a new one. Use a computer or web browser for the TeamSnap registration, this will not work through the app. 

1.2 Select Former Participants or Create a New Participant. Fill out contact information.

2. Documents & Waivers

Download, Print, and/or Acknowledge Player Waivers & Guidelines

3. Participant Fees

Click on Participant Fees next to the upcoming season. (Payments may be split into monthly installments on the next page.)



Accept or Decline TeamSnap's Insurance Plan

4. Checkout

A small deposit is due at checkout if you are paying monthly installments, please pay immediately so we can get you rostered and invoices sent out to the team as a whole. If you are paying the full amount by cash or check, select "Pay Offline". 

Payment Options:

  • Full Season Payment (Cash, Check, or Bank Transfer through TeamSnap)
  • Monthly Auto-Installments through TeamSnap (No Cash or Checks)

4.1 Verify Fees


4.2 Pay with card, bank or offline.

4.3 Click on "View Payment Details" for Auto-Installment Schedule

5. Completed Registration

After checking out, the coaching staff will be notified and you will be sent a confirmation email. 

Log into TeamSnap to view your dashboard.
